The High Desert Harmoneers Men's Chorus was chartered in 1991 by a group of men who enjoy singing a cappella harmony primarily in the barbershop style. Although few of the charter members are still with us, we have members with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Some of us are "home grown" and some have moved to Central Oregon having been longtime members of other chapters. We also have members with little or no experience who visited, liked what they saw, and signed up. We are a group of congenial personalities who all have one thing in common: The love of singing.
 

The Harmoneers take great pride in their partnership with the largest singing fraternity in  the world: The Barbershop Harmony Society. This affiliation gives us the opportunity to attend national and regional schools in order to help improve our proficiency. This connection also gives us the chance to compete in regional, national, and international competitions.
